Lors d’un séminaire organisé à Ho Chi Minh-Ville le mardi, le pays a présenté son manifeste national sur l’IA avec un objectif inattendu : non seulement utiliser l’IA, mais aussi la développer — à partir de données ouvertes, de normes ouvertes et d’une infrastructure « Fabriqué au Vietnam ».
