A recent study by the University of Applied Sciences Arnhem and Nijmegen reveals how Dutch municipalities are using AI to better inform and support their citizens. 85% of municipalities use AI for social content creation, while 67% find it particularly useful for adjusting and rewriting posts. Larger municipalities experiment more frequently with new content to increase interaction and better inform residents.

Une récente étude de la Hogeschool Arnhem et Nijmegen révèle comment les municipalités néerlandaises utilisent l’IA pour mieux informer et soutenir leurs citoyens. 85% des municipalités utilisent l’IA pour créer du contenu social, tandis que 67% la trouvent particulièrement utile pour adapter et réécrire des publications. Les plus grandes municipalités expérimentent davantage avec de nouveaux contenus pour augmenter l’interaction et mieux informer les résidents.
